I get all my goggles / sunglasses from http://www.backcountry.com/store/group/40/Goggles.html#app=price%7E+group%7E40+brand%7E+sortby%7E+cat%7E+subcat%7E100000021+offset%7E-1+on_sale%7E+page_name%7EGoggles.
They have a bunch of lenses that are basically clear with a very light coating of this or that. I couldn’t find any that were perfectly clear and can’t even recall seeing any for a long time. You might be able to find clear lenses in a lens replacement kit. Backcountry sells those too.

Well I have always been a fan of tinted goggles since they reduce the glare of the snow and improve visibility. However, if these goggles aren’t for skiing or are for night skiing, the only thing I can suggest would be to keep shopping around. I know that lightly tinted goggles (basically clear) are available at almost every ski shop, so why not all clear ones?
Good luck.
